Terms of Service

  1. Quote includes Packing/Wrapping, handling, Transportation, basic arranging & clearing of debris.
  2. Quote does not include any kind of 3rd party services such as electrician/carpenter unless specific charges are added in the quote.
  3. Although we will ensure utmost care for pots & plants but the same cannot be guaranteed & in case of damage/loss, Shuttle Truck Packers and Movers cannot be held responsible.
  4. The Material used for packing will remain the property of Shuttle Truck Packers and Movers & same will be collected immediately post unpacking. Retaining of cartons (for later collection) needs to be mutually agreed.
  5.  We require at least 2 days of prior notice for mobilization of resources.
  6. Above given surcharges are excluding Goods Tax.
  7. Should there be any increase or decrease in volume of your goods after packing, our rates will be revised accordingly.
  8. In accordance with our strict trading policy, 100% advance payment will have to be made on the day/completion of loading.
  9. We accept payment by Cash, Direct Bank Transfers or UPI.
  10. Payment modes/details will be shared post job confirmation.
  11. For Corporates: We will accept payment on presentation of our bills provided an Official Purchase order is issued by your company.
  12. Although we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your goods are delivered safely, there are circumstances sometimes beyond our control. Therefore, we recommend you to take ‘Risk charges’ coverage additional.
  13. Transit risk charges is arranged for Household goods @3% and car @1.5% of the total declared value (Extra & Optional) 
  14. In case risk coverage is not opted for, all items of the consignment including Car/Bike will be transported owners risk for which no claim will be entertained at later stage.
  15. Damage inside the electronic items/Car/Bike are not covered under risk coverage unless there is a clear sign of eternal/physical damage occurred during transit .
  16. Claims if any will have brought to our notice on the same day of unpacking. Any claims made after exit of the team will not be entertained. 
  17. Storage can be provided at origin/destination (depending on the location) at additional charges. This need to be intimated at the time of pick up. We would be pleased to offer you warehousing if required at nominal rates.
  18. Kindly be advised that once a Pick-up request is generated, Pick-up initiation should take place within 24 to 48hrs.
  19. GST@ 18% extra unless exempted (IGST/CGST & State GST).

  20. Cancellation charges apply within 48 hours, but no charges for rescheduling or canceling 48 hours before the pickup date.

  21. If the vehicle fails to reach your doorstep, kindly note that any local transport costs will be covered by the customer.
